This store has the absolute worst customer service. The MANAGER told me to go print my bank statements to do a simple exchange because I did not have my receipt. I thought this was extremely strange but I went all the way to my bank and printed out my statements. Then I came back and she told me I couldn’t do it after all of that. I wasted a hour and a half of my time and found that wasn’t even policy at all when I called corporate. So rude and condescending I felt like I was being bullied!
This particular TjMaxx has a better variety of high end fashion like Tory Burch and Rag&Bone clothing.
